Stores & Marketplaces

Connect Amazon, Ads and noon, choose the marketplaces that sync, reauthorize a store.

The setup itself is in Connect your store.

Settings → Stores & Marketplaces lists your organization's Amazon stores and noon accounts: which marketplaces sync, who reaches each one, and the state of each authorization. Everyone in the organization can open it. The owner and admins add, change and remove stores and noon accounts. A member sees only what was granted to them, read-only, and can give a store a name of their own.

Each control below says who may use it and what it changes:

  • Changes settings: changes SellerSheet only.
  • Changes Amazon access / Changes noon access: sends you to Amazon's or noon's sign-in, or replaces an authorization.
  • Cannot be undone: there is no way back.

Main steps

Add the store. Add store → Store type, 1. Region, 2. Marketplaces, 3. Store Name → Authorize with Amazon. Sign in on Amazon with the account that owns the store and approve. You come back here with the store in the list.

Choose the marketplaces that sync. Edit markets on the store's row. Only the marketplaces that are on sync reports and answer your AI, and each one counts against your plan.

Authorize Ads, if you advertise: Ads on the store's row.

Add noon (optional): Add noon account → name and marketplaces → Connect with noon.

Decide who reaches it: ⋯ → Access on the row sets each member's access. To bring someone new in, invite them on Members.

  • Plan badge and Marketplaces used / cap · Stores used / cap: your plan's quota. Amazon marketplaces and noon marketplaces share one pool.
  • The outcome banner: after any Amazon, Ads or noon sign-in, a banner says how it ended, in the server's own words. When the plan was the reason, it links Upgrade the plan. × closes it.

Invitations

Shown only while an organization has invited you and you have not answered. Each line says who invited you, as what role, and the store refs they share.

Accept

Opens Join with the organization's name. You may give each shared store Your name for it (optional) — only you see it, and your refs for that store use it. Leave it empty to keep the store's own name. When the store's name already names one of your stores in the same marketplace, a suggestion is filled in: the store's name and the organization's, joined by _. Change it if you like.

Amazon stores

The owner and admins see every store of the organization. A member sees the stores granted to them.

Add store

Opens Add Amazon Store, its fields in this order:

  • Store type: Seller Central or Vendor Central. A Vendor Central store takes one marketplace at a time.
  • 1. Region: the Amazon region. Changing it clears the marketplaces.
  • 2. Marketplaces: the marketplaces to authorize. The line below counts them against your plan, Amazon and noon together. Compare plans opens Billing & Credits.
  • 3. Store Name: 1–10 letters, digits or _. The line below shows the ref your sidebar and AI will use, such as myStore-US.
  • Authorize with Amazon: checks your plan, then sends you to Amazon's consent screen. Sign in with the account that owns the store and approve.

When a store with the same name, region and type is already here, the dialog says so and the button becomes Reauthorize on Amazon. Going on re-authorizes that store with the account you sign in with: its tokens are refreshed and its schedules kept. A different seller account is refused. When your plan has no room for the marketplaces you picked, the dialog says how many are left: pick fewer, or upgrade. A seller account already connected in another organization is refused.

Edit markets

Opens Marketplaces of the store: the store's whole set of marketplaces, saved in one go with Save. The line at the top counts your plan's marketplaces as they will be after the change, noon accounts included. Next to a marketplace you may see:

  • Not authorized: Amazon did not authorize it for this store. Re-authorize the store to add it.
  • On until a date: a marketplace stays on for 30 days after it is turned on, so it cannot be turned off before that date.
  • No slot left on the plan: every marketplace of your plan is in use.
  • Ads not authorized here: the store has Ads, but no Ads profile for this marketplace.

A marketplace that is off stops syncing. A store with no marketplace on is paused: your AI is told so instead of getting stale data. Past your plan's quota, Save is refused with the reason.

Rename

Opens Rename store: the name everyone in the organization sees, up to 100 letters, digits, spaces, -, _ or .. Every ref of the store changes with it, and the old refs stop working at once, so update prompts and sheets that use them. A name already used by a store with an overlapping marketplace is refused.

Rename for me

A member's only action on a store. Opens Your name for this store: only you see this name, and the store keeps its own. Your refs for the store use your name from then on, and your old refs stop working.

Reauthorize

Runs Add store again with the store's own name, region, type and marketplaces, straight to Amazon's consent screen. Use it when Store authorization says Expiring, Expired or Revoked. After Amazon you land on Re-authorize store to confirm.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: changes Amazon access

Ads

Sends you to Amazon Advertising's consent screen for this store. Amazon Ads is a separate authorization from the store's. Without it, ad tools and ad report syncs have nothing to work with. Other stores of this organization that the same Ads account covers are linked too. Amazon's answer is shown in the outcome banner when you come back.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: changes Amazon access

⋯ Refresh Ads profiles

Reads the store's Ads profiles again with the authorization you already gave; there is no Amazon sign-in. New profiles are added, none are removed, and a message names the marketplaces that gained one. Available only while Ads authorization is Authorized.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: changes settings

⋯ Turn on Marketing Cloud

Opens Turn on Amazon Marketing Cloud. Pick the Marketplace and click Turn on: Amazon creates a Marketing Cloud (AMC) instance on the store's Ads account for that country, or SellerSheet finds the one you already have. Your AI can then answer AMC questions for the store, and SellerSheet starts syncing its AMC reports. Amazon can take up to five minutes; while the chip says Creating, open the dialog again and click Check again.

Before the first one in a region, accept the AMC terms at Amazon with the login that connected Ads. Until then the dialog shows Amazon's message and Open Amazon Marketing Cloud. Available while Ads authorization is Authorized and a marketplace with an Ads profile does not have AMC on yet. Prerequisites and what your AI can do with it: Use Amazon Marketing Cloud with your own AI.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: cannot be undone (it creates an AMC instance on your Ads account, and Amazon cannot delete one)

⋯ Access

Opens Who reaches the store. The owner and admins reach Every store, by role. Each member has two levels for this store, Seller API and Ads API: None, Read or Read & write. A change applies at once. None on both removes the member from the store. To add someone new, use Invite someone on the Members page.

A member's keys and AI never reach beyond these levels. See Stay in control.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: changes settings

⋯ Delete store

Asks you to type the store's name. Deletes the store and every report synced for it: its schedules stop and its data is removed. The members' grants and key rules on it go too, and an Ads account no other store uses.

Who: owner, admin · Effect: changes settings, cannot be undone

Issues

The chip on a row opens the list of the store's problems. Each one has its fix:

ProblemFix in the list

The fix links show to the owner and admins only.

noon accounts

The owner and admins see every noon account of the organization. A member sees the accounts shared with them, read-only, with a Your access column.

Add noon account

Opens Add a noon account:

  • Account name: 1–10 letters, digits or _. It starts the account's refs, such as myStore-AE, and must be unique in the organization.
  • Marketplaces: the noon marketplaces to connect. All of them count against your plan.
  • Connect with noon (the default tab): sign in on noon and let it grant access, with no key to copy. The button Connect with noon sends you there.
  • Use an API key: Key ID, Private key (the whole key, BEGIN and END lines included; it is stored encrypted), Project code and Channel identifier (only when noon gave you one), then Connect account. noon checks the key before anything is saved.

A noon project can be connected to one organization only. When noon sign-in is not available, the dialog shows the API key form only and says why.

Re-authorize store

You land here after Amazon when the account you signed in with is already connected here as a store. Nothing has changed yet. The card Confirm the re-authorization compares the store Now and After you confirm (name, region, type, marketplaces) and lists:

  • Added: marketplaces Amazon now authorizes that the store did not have.
  • No longer authorized by Amazon — turned off: marketplaces Amazon dropped. They stop syncing.
  • Active on this plan: the marketplaces that will be on.
  • Not activated — no free marketplace on this plan: marketplaces that stay off until a slot is free.

Then:

  • Confirm re-authorization replaces the store's authorization with the new one.
  • Cancel keeps the current one.

Either way you go back to Stores & Marketplaces (or to Home's setup guide, if you started there), where the banner says what happened. If nothing is waiting to be confirmed — it expired, it was already confirmed, or it was started in another browser — this page sends you straight to Stores & Marketplaces.
