Home
The Home screen of the SellerSheet app.
Home is the first screen after you sign in: a setup guide until your workspace is ready, then your plan, stores, Credits, invitations and this month's usage at a glance.
Main steps — get your workspace ready
The Setup guide walks you through four steps, about 5 minutes in all. A member — not the owner or an admin — sees steps 3 and 4 only, because the owner connects the stores. So does someone whose own workspace is empty while they are invited to, or belong to, another one.
- Connect your Amazon store — Seller or Vendor Central, your region and marketplaces, a short store name. Amazon then asks you to confirm. Step 1
- Connect Amazon Ads — lets SellerSheet read campaigns and reports. Skip it if you don't run ads. Step 2
- Install the sidebar & share folder — the Google Sheets add-on, your SellerSheet folder in Drive, and a connection check. Step 3
- Connect your AI client — Claude, Claude Code, Codex or ChatGPT. You sign in; there is no key to copy. Step 4
Each step shows Done, Now, Up next or Skipped. Step 4 ticks itself when your AI client makes its first call.
Every control
What each control changes:
| Effect | Meaning |
|---|---|
| READ | Reads or opens something — changes nothing. |
| Changes SellerSheet | Saved in your SellerSheet workspace only — nothing is sent to Amazon or noon. |
| Changes Amazon access · Changes noon access | Sends you to Amazon's or noon's sign-in to authorize SellerSheet — your listings stay as they are. |
Nothing on Home changes your Amazon or noon listings, and nothing on it uses Credits.
Header
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Show setup guide | Brings the setup guide back after you hid it. Shown whenever the guide is hidden. | READ |
When you arrive from connecting a store, a one-time sentence at the top says how it went.
Invitations
Shown first when another workspace has invited you.
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Accept | Opens Join workspace. Optionally give each shared store Your name for it (optional) — only you see it. Confirm to join and reach the stores they shared. | Changes SellerSheet |
| Decline | Asks you to confirm, then declines. They would have to invite you again. | Changes SellerSheet |
Setup guide
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Hide | Hides the guide in this browser. When every step is done, the guide starts hidden. | READ |
| Step chips 1 · Connect store … 4 · Connect AI client | Open that step beside the walkthrough video. Progress N of M complete counts the done steps. | READ |
Step 1 · Connect your Amazon store
The store's name becomes its ref everywhere — in the sidebar and with your AI — for example myStore-US. Only the owner or an admin can connect a store.
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Add a store | Opens the Add Amazon Store dialog: Seller or Vendor Central, region, marketplaces, a store name. Amazon then asks you to confirm, and you come back to Home. The dialog is described on Stores & Marketplaces. | Changes Amazon access |
| Selling on noon? Connect noon instead | Opens the dialog to connect a noon account instead. | Changes noon access |
Step 2 · Connect Amazon Ads
Unlocks after step 1. Only the owner or an admin can authorize Ads. A workspace that sells on noon only has nothing to connect here.
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Store | The store to authorize Ads for. | READ |
| Authorize Ads | Opens Amazon. You pick the advertising account, then you are back here. | Changes Amazon access |
| I don't run ads — skip | Marks the step skipped for you. You can authorize Ads any time on Stores & Marketplaces. | Changes SellerSheet |
Step 3 · Install the sidebar & share folder
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Install add-on | Opens the SellerSheet add-on on Google Workspace Marketplace in a new tab. Then open any Google Sheet and choose Extensions → SellerSheet → Open Sidebar; the sidebar creates your SellerSheet folder in Drive. | READ |
| New Google Sheet | Opens a new, empty Google Sheet in a new tab. | READ |
| Automation address | Copies [email protected]. In Drive, share your SellerSheet folder with it as Editor, so reports and your AI can write to your sheets. | READ |
| Verify connection | Checks that the sidebar saved your folder and that the automation address can open it. The answer appears under the button. | READ |
Step 4 · Connect your AI client
| Control | What it does | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Claude · Claude Code · Codex · ChatGPT | Show the steps for that client: add the SellerSheet plugin (or, for ChatGPT, copy your MCP URL), then sign in with OAuth. | READ |
| Copy fields — Plugin repository, Commands, Sign-in command, MCP URL | Copy the text to paste into your client. | READ |
| Test the connection | Shows a first prompt to send: "Show me my Amazon Seller Central sales for the last 7 days." The step ticks itself on your client's first call. | READ |
| Create an API key | Opens Settings → API & MCP, for a script or another client (Cursor, Gemini, VS Code…). See Keys & store access. | READ |
| Full MCP setup docs | Opens the MCP setup documentation. | READ |
The sign-in reaches every workspace you belong to — your own stores and the ones shared with you. No API key is needed. Step-by-step for each client: Connect an AI client.
Plan, Stores, Credits and Shared with me
| Card | What it shows | Its link |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Your plan's name and status — Active, Expired or No subscription — and when it ends. | — |
| Stores | How many Amazon stores and noon accounts the workspace has. | Stores & Marketplaces → Stores & Marketplaces |
| Credits | Your Credits balance and the Model route your AI actions run on. | Billing & Credits → Billing & Credits |
| Shared with me | How many invitations wait for you, or No invitations. | Review invitations jumps to Invitations. |
All four only read. If the setup guide and usage cannot load, the cards still show and Home says Your setup guide and usage could not load.
Usage
This organization's plan, this month:
| Meter | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Orders this month | Orders against your plan's cap, marked Within plan, Near the cap or Over the cap, with the date it resets. |
| Amazon stores | Connected Amazon stores against the cap. |
| Team seats | Seats in use, pending invitations included. |
| Marketplaces (Amazon and noon) | Synced marketplaces of Amazon stores and noon accounts on one cap. |
A bar turns amber from 80% of its cap and red at the cap. no cap means the plan does not limit it. The caps of each plan are on Plans and prices.
