Install & first sync
Create your SellerSheet account, connect your Amazon store, install the Google Sheets add-on and sync your first orders.
Four steps, about ten minutes: an account, a connected store, the add-on, and a first sync that proves it all works.
What you need
- An Amazon Seller Central account (Professional) — or a Vendor Central or noon account for those tabs.
- A Google account (personal or Workspace). Use the same one for SellerSheet and for Google Sheets.
- Chrome is recommended.
Create your account
Go to sellersheetai.com/home and sign in with Google — or with a code sent to your email. A new account starts on the Free plan.
Connect your store
In the app, open Settings → Stores & Marketplaces and connect your Amazon store: give it a name, pick the region of your Seller Central account, and approve SellerSheet on Amazon. Connect Amazon Ads the same way to use the Ads tab, and a noon account for the noon tab. Connect from the network you normally work from.
Your store's name plus the marketplace's country code is its store ref, for example myStore-US — that is what you type in a sheet's Store column. Teammates can be invited under Settings → Members.
Install the add-on
Install SellerSheet from the Google Workspace Marketplace (or "Admin install" for a Workspace domain) and grant the permissions it asks for. Open any Google Sheet (sheet.new), then Extensions → SellerSheet to open the sidebar.
On first open, SellerSheet creates a SellerSheet folder in your Drive with its template spreadsheets — Sales, Catalogs, FBA, Store Reports, A+ and more. The panels' Resources links open them.
Sync your first orders
In the sidebar, open Sellers → Sales and click Sync Orders. The Orders sheet of the SellerSheet Sales spreadsheet fills with your last 30 days of orders, and from then on keeps itself up to date about every 2 hours.
Next
- Learn the sidebar's five ideas on Sheets add-on, then pick a panel — Catalogs and FBA are the busiest.
- Prefer to work with an AI? Connect your own AI client to SellerSheet over MCP: Get started.
Troubleshooting
- "Store not found" — the Store cell does not match a store of yours. Use the exact
<store>-<CC>ref — your store's name as shown under Settings → Stores & Marketplaces, a hyphen, and the country code. - A sheet or folder is missing — Settings → Workspace → Re-Initiate Resources re-creates it.
- A button says the wrong tab is active — switch to the sheet tab named in the button's group, then click again.
