Connect your store
Authorize your Amazon store once, choose which marketplaces sync, add Ads and noon — then every AI client you connect works on it.
You connect a store once, in the SellerSheet app. Every AI client, script and sheet you connect afterwards uses that connection — no Amazon sign-in inside your AI.
Secure by design
Amazon's own consent flow does the connecting. SellerSheet never sees your Seller Central password — only the API authorization for the permissions you approve, which you can revoke at any time in Seller Central → Manage Your Apps.
Add the store
Settings → Stores & Marketplaces → Add store. Pick the region, the store type (Seller Central or Vendor Central) and the marketplaces, and give the store a name — 1–10 letters, digits or _. The name starts every store ref, so a store called myStore selling in the US becomes myStore-US. Click Authorize with Amazon, sign in with the account that owns the store, and approve. You come back to the app with the store listed.
Choose which marketplaces sync
Marketplaces are what your plan counts: it includes a number of active marketplaces, shared by your Amazon stores and noon accounts. Change them per store with Edit markets on the store's row. Only active marketplaces sync reports and answer your agent; a store with no active marketplace is paused — see Store refs.
Authorize Ads (if you advertise)
Amazon Advertising is a separate consent: use Ads on the store's row. Without it, the advertising tools and ad report syncs have nothing to work with — campaign questions come back empty, not broken.
Add noon (optional)
Add a noon account connects a noon Partners project, with noon's own sign-in or the project's API key. noon refs follow the same shape, such as myNoon-AE, and noon marketplaces use the same plan quota.
Let your agent write into Google Sheets
Open any Google Sheet → Extensions → SellerSheet → Open Sidebar once. This sets up the Drive folders your agent reads and writes, and lets it write reports and dashboards into your sheets.
Check from your AI
Ask your agent "Which stores can you see?" It calls get_user_context and lists each store with its store_refs, its sync status and your plan. The first reports start syncing right after you connect; most tables have data within hours.
What each account type gives your agent
| Account | APIs | What your agent can do |
|---|---|---|
| Seller Central | SP-API + Ads API | The whole tool catalog (more than 400 tools) |
| Vendor Central | SP-API vendor surface | The common tools plus purchase orders, shipments and invoices — see Vendor Central |
| noon Partners | noon APIs | The noon tools plus synced noon reports — see noon |
| A store shared with you | The owner's connection | What the owner granted you, per store |
Common connection problems
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| Authorization worked but the wrong store appears | You were signed into another Seller Central account in the browser. Remove the store, sign out of Amazon, add it again. |
| The store shows an authorization error later | The authorization was revoked or expired. Use Reauthorize on the store's row (how); syncing resumes on its own. |
| Ad tools come back empty | Ads was never authorized for that store — Ads on the store's row. |
| Your agent can't write to your sheet | The workspace was never set up — open the sidebar once (step 5). |
| You can't add another store or marketplace | Your plan's marketplaces are all in use. Upgrade, or turn one off with Edit markets. |
