How the sidebar works

The SellerSheet sidebar for Google Sheets — every Amazon and noon workflow as a button, on template sheets in your own Drive.

The SellerSheet add-on is a sidebar inside Google Sheets. It has 263 buttons, each one a step of a workflow — sync orders, publish listings, create an FBA shipment, launch a campaign — that reads and writes the template sheets SellerSheet creates in your Google Drive. New here? Start with Install & first sync.

Five things to know

  1. Pick a master tab, then a panel. The tabs at the top switch between Sellers, Vendors, Ads and noon; the icon rail down the side lists the panels of that tab. Star any button to pin it to your favorites.
  2. Resources first. At the top of a panel, Resources links open the panel's spreadsheet and its Drive folder.
  3. Read the group label. Buttons under Global · works on any sheet run from anywhere. Buttons under Sheet-specific · active tab must match sit in a group named after a sheet tab — switch to that tab before you click.
  4. Fill the ✎ columns. On every template sheet a ✎ header is your input (hover it for a note; many offer a dropdown); columns without the mark are filled by SellerSheet after an action, like a status or a link.
  5. Name the store. Actions that talk to Amazon or noon need a store, written <store>-<CC> — your store's name plus the marketplace's country code, for example myStore-US. It must match one of your stores exactly.

What a button does to your data

Each panel page lists its buttons with their effect:

EffectMeaning
READChanges nothing you typed and nothing on Amazon or noon — a check, a preview, a print dialog.
WRITES SHEETFills, rewrites or clears rows or tabs of your workbook.
WRITES DRIVESaves a file or a spreadsheet to your Google Drive.
LIVE ON AMAZON / LIVE ON NOONChanges your live data on Amazon or noon — listings, shipments, campaigns, prices, stock.
USES CREDITSAn AI action, billed from your Credits balance and refunded if it fails.

Home

The bottom bar of the sidebar holds Settings, Dashboard, Notifications and Documentation. The mini Dashboard shows your plan, API usage and stores without leaving the sheet.

Settings

Settings holds your account and profile, the Workspace (where SellerSheet keeps your folders and spreadsheets), the model route your AI actions use (chosen on Billing & Credits in the app — shown here read-only), AI Length Preferences for listing copy, and store management.

Deleted a folder or a template tab? Re-Initiate Resources (Settings → Workspace) re-creates what is missing; anything that still exists is left alone. Re-created sheets are empty templates — make a copy first (File → Make a copy) if you want to keep old data.

Prefer to ask an agent?

Everything the sidebar does is also available to your own AI client over MCP, and to programs over the API — see MCP & API. The agent works in the same sheets, and you review and approve there.
