noon FBN
Create a noon FBN inbound shipment (ASN) from a sheet — items, seal, slot booking, rescheduling and cancellation — and list your shipments.
The noon FBN panel sends stock to noon's fulfilment centres. The noon Inbound sheet holds one ASN at a time; noon Shipments lists them all.
Main steps
Pick the items
List Eligible Items loads your FBN-eligible SKUs, with images, into the FBN Product tab; copy the ones to ship into the items table.
Create the ASN
Create Shipment creates the ASN from Store (A9) and Ext Ref (B9); the ASN number lands in C9. Update Items pushes the items table (partner SKU, quantity, storage type) to it.
Seal
Seal Shipment locks the ASN so it can be scheduled — its items can no longer change.
Book a slot
Get Slot Availability lists destination warehouses and delivery slots; tick ONE slot row and click Schedule Shipment.
Reschedule Shipment releases a booked slot (the ASN goes back to SEALED) so you can book another; Cancel Shipment cancels the whole ASN on noon. Clear Data (new ASN) resets the sheet for the next shipment and sends nothing to noon.
