Products

The Products screen: your product library, new products and variants.

Products is your own product library in SellerSheet: one row per SKU, with the Amazon and noon listings each SKU is mapped to. A product (SPU) is a single item with one SKU, or a product with variants — one SKU per colour or size.

The menu has three entries: Product list, Variants list and Add product. Opening a product shows its product page.

Who can change products: the owner, an admin, or a member with write access to one of the workspace's stores or noon accounts. Everyone else can read them. Mapping a listing needs write access to that listing's store.

Main steps — add a product with variants

Choose the kind

Add product ▾ → Product with variants.

Basic info

Fill in at least the SPU and the Name, then Next. The SPU must be unique in your workspace.

Attributes

Tick the values the product comes in — for example colour Red and Blue, size S and M. Each combination becomes one SKU. Missing a value? Add it under the attribute; it stays in your library. Then Make N SKUs.

SKUs

Check the SKU codes and names, fill in costs, sizes and weights — Apply to all copies a number to every row — and set the Cost currency. Then Save product with N SKUs.

Map the listings

The product page opens. Use Map ▾ to link each SKU to its Amazon or noon listing, or confirm the suggestions SellerSheet found.

Already selling the product? Start from its listing instead: Create product on the Amazon Catalog fills the form from the listing and maps each SKU to it.

Add product

Add product in the menu first asks What are you adding? — Single product (one item, one SKU — e.g. a mug) or Product with variants (one product in several colours or sizes — one SKU each). A single product keeps one SKU; a product with variants can get more SKUs later.

Started from an Amazon listing? A banner says From the Amazon listing on store: the SKUs are created mapped to that listing. Its images stay on Amazon — add your own here.
