Web app
Errors in the SellerSheet web app, and their fixes.
When something in the SellerSheet app goes wrong, it tells you in one sentence — on the page, or in a short message after you click. Find yours below, or contact support with that sentence.
| Error | For example |
|---|---|
| You're signed out | The sign-in page, "Sign in to SellerSheet" |
| Not enough Credits | "Not enough credits: this needs …, you have …." |
| A plan limit is reached | "The team is full — upgrade the plan for more seats" |
| No access to this store or action | "… needs write access to that store — yours is read-only." |
| A store's authorization expired | "Store authorization expired — re-authorize to restore access" |
| Page not found | "This page does not exist, or your account cannot open it." |
| The server did not answer | "The server did not answer. Nothing was changed — try again in a moment." |
You're signed out
What you see: the sign-in page, "Sign in to SellerSheet", instead of the page you opened · "That sign-in link has expired — start again." · "Google sign-in did not finish — try again." · "No SellerSheet account uses this email — sign up with Google first."
The app needs you signed in. Your session ends when you log out, when you use Log out everywhere, or 14 days after you last opened the app.
- Click Continue with Google, or Email me a code and type the 6-digit code from the email.
- After you sign in, the app opens the page you asked for.
- "That sign-in link has expired" or "did not finish": start again from the sign-in page.
- "No SellerSheet account uses this email": the code works only for an existing account. Sign in with Google first.
Not enough Credits
What you see: "Not enough credits: this needs …, you have …." · "This batch costs … credits and the balance is … — nothing was started. Top up on Billing & Credits."
An AI action — images, listing copy, buyer insights — is paid from your organization's Credits balance, and the balance can't cover it. The action was refused before it ran, so nothing was charged.
- Open Settings → Billing & Credits and click Top up. Only the owner or an admin can buy Credits; a member asks one of them.
- Run the action again. A failed action costs nothing.
See Billing & Credits.
A plan limit is reached
What you see: "The team is full — upgrade the plan for more seats" · "Your plan allows … keys of this kind and all are in use — delete or turn off one, or upgrade the plan." · "Your … plan has room for … more marketplaces (… of … in use, noon included). Pick fewer, or upgrade." · "Sync paused — no marketplace on this store is active on your plan, so its reports have stopped updating. Upgrade your plan, or free a slot under Edit Marketplaces."
Your plan sets how many people, keys and marketplaces your organization has. Amazon marketplaces and noon accounts share the marketplace count. A store with no active marketplace stops syncing.
- See your plan and its limits on Settings → Billing & Credits.
- Free a slot: turn off a marketplace you don't need with Edit markets on Stores & Marketplaces (one marked "On until …" stays on until that date); delete or turn off a key on API & MCP; withdraw an invitation on Members — an invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or withdrawn.
- Or upgrade. Only the organization's owner can change the plan.
See Billing & Credits, Stores & Marketplaces, Members and Keys & store access.
No access to this store or action
What you see: "Mapping a listing on … needs write access to that store — yours is read-only." · "Placing images on … needs write access to that store — yours is read-only." · "Only the owner or an admin of this organization can add or re-authorize stores." · "This workspace is no longer one of your organizations — reload the page to open your own."
You are signed in, but your role or your access to that store doesn't allow this. The owner and admins reach every store. A member reaches only the stores granted to them, each with Seller API and Ads API access set to None, Read or Read & write. Adding or re-authorizing stores and buying Credits are for the owner or an admin; the plan is for the owner alone.
- Read-only on a store: ask the owner or an admin to open Settings → Members, click Access on your row and set that store's Seller API or Ads API to Read & write.
- An owner-or-admin action: ask one of them to do it, or to change your Role on Members.
- "This workspace is no longer one of your organizations" or "You are not a member of that workspace.": you left or were removed. Reload the page — the app opens your own organization.
- Your AI client has its own access, set per key: see Stay in control.
See Members and Organization.
A store's authorization expired
What you see: on Stores & Marketplaces, Expired, Revoked or Expiring under Store authorization or Ads authorization, and in Issues: "Store authorization expired — re-authorize to restore access" · "Store auth expires in … days — re-authorize before it lapses" · "Ads authorization revoked — reauthorize ads". A noon account shows Sign-in failed or Role missing.
Amazon's authorization of a store lasts 365 days; the app marks it Expiring in the last 30. It can also be revoked sooner — then Issues shows "Auth Error:" with the reason. Until you authorize again, SellerSheet can't reach the store on Amazon — from the app, the sidebar or your AI.
- On Settings → Stores & Marketplaces, open the store's Issues and click its fix — Reauthorize or Reauthorize Ads — or use Reauthorize or Ads on the store's row.
- Sign in on Amazon's consent screen with the seller account the store belongs to. A different seller account is refused.
- When the app asks you to Confirm the re-authorization, compare the marketplaces under Now and After you confirm, then click Confirm re-authorization. Cancel keeps the current authorization.
- For noon, click Recheck, or Reconnect for an account you connected by signing in on noon.
Only the owner or an admin has these buttons; a member asks one of them. See Stores & Marketplaces.
Page not found
What you see: "404" · "Page not found" · "This page does not exist, or your account cannot open it."
The address matches no page, or it is a page your account can't open — the app shows both the same way.
- Click Go to Home and find the page from the menu.
- A link from a teammate can point at a page only some accounts open, like Affiliate, which only partners see.
The server did not answer
What you see: "Your workspace could not be loaded" with "The sign-in service did not answer. Nothing was changed — try again in a moment." · "This page could not load" with "The server did not answer. Nothing was changed — try again in a moment." · "The server answered with an error (HTTP …). Nothing was changed."
The app could not reach SellerSheet's server in time, or the server failed. Nothing was changed.
- Click Try again. On "Your workspace could not be loaded", a second click reloads the whole page.
- The same sentence in a message after you clicked a button: your change was not saved. Make it again in a moment.
- Still there after a few minutes? Contact support with the exact sentence, the screen and the time.
