Billing & Credits

AI actions — images, listing copy, buyer insights — are paid from one Credits balance, priced before they run and refunded when they fail. Plan limits say how fast and how much.

The Billing screen

Settings → Billing & Credits holds your organization's plan, its Credits balance and model route, its team seats, and your own referral link. Everyone in the organization can open it. Only the owner changes the plan and the seats. The owner and admins top up Credits, switch the model route and read the invoices and the ledger. A member sees the plan, the balance and the seats, read-only, and has their own referral link.

The prices themselves are on the screen and on Plans and prices; this page does not repeat them. Payments run through Stripe. A control marked costs money charges the card on file, or takes you to Stripe to pay.

At the top

  • The plan's name and You are … of this organization.
  • Invoices opens Invoices. Owner and admins only.
  • After you pay on Stripe, a banner says Payment received — your plan updates within a minute. or Purchase received — your credits are added within a minute.

Plan

The card shows Plan name, Status (Active, Expired or No subscription), Billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) and Renews, or Ends once the plan is cancelled. A scheduled change reads Changes to … on …. Below are the plans, one card each: its price, what it includes, and Current plan on yours. A member reads Only the organization's owner manages the subscription.

Promo code · Apply

Apply checks the code for the chosen cycle and says what it gives. The code is used when you then choose a plan.

Upgrade to · Switch to

On every plan card but yours, which reads You're on this plan. Upgrade to names a dearer plan; Switch to a cheaper one.

  • Without a paid plan, it takes you to Stripe Checkout for that plan and cycle, with the promo code you entered, if any.
  • On a paid plan, the change is worked out first. Change to … shows what it costs and when it applies; Change plan confirms. A dearer plan, or the same plan from Monthly to Annual, applies at once, prorated. A cheaper plan, or the same plan from Annual to Monthly, starts when the current period ends.
  • A cheaper plan that cannot hold what you have is refused with a list of what to remove first: stores, extra seats, members or pending invitations.

The Credits card

One prepaid balance for every AI action in this organization, from every member and key. How actions are priced and refunded: Credits below.

  • Balance and Spent in 30 days: everyone sees them.
  • On this route: the price of each meter on the current model route — Images up to 1024 px and Images above 1024 px (per image), Listing copy (per language), Small text calls (per call), Buyer insights (per report).

Top up

A row of amounts. Clicking one takes you to Stripe Checkout to pay it; the Credits are added within a minute of paying.

Model route

The route your organization's AI actions run on. A member sees its name only. Picking another route asks first, Switch the model route to …?, and lists the prices it brings next to the current ones. Switch route applies it to every AI action in the organization, for every member and key, from then on.

Team seats

A seat lets one more person work in the organization; the owner uses none.

FigureWhat it counts
In useMembers who have joined.
ReservedInvitations waiting; each holds a seat. Invite someone → under Free opens Members.
FreeSeats left.
TotalThe plan's included seats plus the extra seats bought.

On a plan that cannot add seats, the card says Seats come with the plan; a paid plan with a team can add more.

Change seats

Opens Change extra seats: One seat fewer / One seat more set the number of extra seats (up to 20). Now and After compare total and free seats, and the box below says what is charged today to the card on file (prorated), or that nothing is charged today and when the change takes effect.

  • More seats: Confirm and pay, charged at once.
  • Fewer seats: Confirm change. Nothing is refunded; you keep the seats until renewal, then pay less. You cannot go below the seats in use or reserved: remove a member or withdraw an invitation first. How removing seats works says the same.

Keep …

Shown while a decrease is scheduled (Scheduled: extra seats … → … on …). Keep, with your current number, cancels the decrease and keeps the extra seats you have.

Refer a friend

Your own referral link, not the organization's. When a friend you referred first pays, you each get Credits; the card says how many.

Creates your link the first time. From then on the card shows Your referral link with Copy, and three figures: Friends referred, Rewards earned and Credits earned.

Invoices

Invoices at the top of the page. Owner and admins only; anyone else reads Invoices are shown to the owner and admins.

  • The total paid, at the top.
  • Invoice lines: Date, Description, Amount of every paid invoice line.
  • Plan history: every start, change and end of the subscription — Date, Event (Started, Plan changed, Cancellation scheduled, Cancellation withdrawn, Renewed, Payment failed, Ended, Charged separately), Plan name, Billing cycle.

Credits

Most tools — reading orders, stock, reports, changing listings or bids — cost no Credits. A few actions run an AI model on SellerSheet's side and are paid from your workspace's Credits balance:

  • Images — generating and editing listing images (generate_image, edit_image, reverse_prompt).
  • Listing copy — titles, bullets and descriptions generated in the app.
  • Buyer insights — the buyer-insights report (customerFeedback_insights_report).

How they are charged:

  • Priced by the server, before it runs. Your agent never sends a price; the server prices the action from what you asked for (an image's size, the number of languages). credits_quote tells your agent the price before it starts.
  • Held, then settled. The price is held when the action starts and settled when it is delivered.
  • Refunded when it fails. Every failure path returns the hold, so a failed action costs nothing.

Top up and choose your workspace's model route on Settings → Billing & Credits (owner or admin). If jobs keep failing on one route, switch to another there. When the balance is too low, the call is refused with 402 before anything runs.

Limits

Your plan sets how fast and how much your agents and code can work — every plan and its numbers are on Plans and prices.

  • Rate windows — calls per minute, hour and day, counted together for MCP and the Tool API.
  • Calls in flight — how many calls run at the same time.
  • Marketplaces — how many marketplaces sync, shared by Amazon stores and noon accounts.
  • Keys — how many MCP keys and API keys you can have.

When a window is full, the call is refused with 429 and a Retry-After header: wait that many seconds and try again. Amazon's own quotas also answer 429 with Retry-After — your agent waits the same way.

Report questions answered from your synced tables (query_report_data) don't spend Amazon's rate limits at all — another reason to ask history from the warehouse and today's state live. See Synced reports.
