Google Drive
Find, save, copy, share and organise files in your SellerSheet workspace on Google Drive.
In short
Your agent works inside your SellerSheet workspace folders: it lists and searches files there, saves files from a link, creates spreadsheets, and shares or moves what you ask. A listing never leaves your workspace, and a file named by its id must be yours.
In your daily workflow
Find it
list_drive_files lists a folder of your workspace; search_drive_files and find_file_in_folder find files by name; get_drive_file returns one file's details.
Save and create
save_url_to_drive streams a file from a link into a folder — a report document, a label PDF; start_drive_upload opens an upload for large files. find_or_create_folder and create_spreadsheet_in_folder set up a place for new work.
Organise and share
copy_drive_file, move_file_to_folder and rename_drive_file keep things tidy; share_drive_file, unshare_drive_file and list_drive_permissions manage who can see a file.
Try asking
"List all files in my reports folder."
"Share my sales spreadsheet with my team, view only."
Listing a folder, both ways
The same tool and the same arguments — through your AI client, or from your own code.
MCP — you ask: "What's in my reports folder?" Your agent calls list_drive_files.
In an AI client (MCP)

"parentId": "<your folder id>"
}
}From code (Tool API)

Saving, moving, sharing and deleting change files in your Drive — never your Amazon account. Deleting a file and removing someone's access cannot simply be undone.

rename_drive_file | write | Rename a file. |
save_url_to_drive | write | Save an Amazon image-CDN file (media-amazon.com, ssl-images-amazon.com and their .cn twins; at most 10 MB) straight to a Drive folder — the server streams it. |
search_drive_files | read | Search files by text or raw Drive query inside your SellerSheet workspace. |
share_drive_file | write | Share a file with one person (email) or a whole domain (domain; email wins if both are passed). |
start_drive_upload | write | Begin a direct upload of LOCAL bytes to Drive. |
unshare_drive_file | destructive | Remove a permission from a file. |
FAQ
Where is my workspace folder?
The Google Sheets add-on creates it the first time you open the sidebar. See Connect your store.
