doc_batch_update
Escape hatch: apply a raw Docs API batchUpdate Requests list.
destructiveGoogle Sheets, Docs & Drive
Use it for operations no other doc tool exposes (named ranges, table-cell merges, footnotes, section styles); the list is applied atomically — one invalid request fails them all. Request shapes are documented at https://developers.google.com/docs/api/reference/rest/v1/documents/request

|---|---|---|
documentIdrequired | string | the Google Docs document ID. |
requestsrequired | object[] | List of Docs API Request objects. |
Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
replies— one entry per request, in order (e.g. replies[0].createHeader.headerId); an empty requests list returns replies: [] without calling Google.
