ads_amc_turn_on
Turn Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) on for this store's Ads account in one country: finds the advertiser's AMC instance — creating it the first time — and remembers it.

data.instance_id— the store's AMC instance.data.creation_status— COMPLETED, or IN_PROGRESS while Amazon builds it (up to 5 minutes; call again to finish).data.already_on— true when nothing was created or looked up at Amazon.
Gotchas
- Gate: commit — the first call creates an instance at Amazon that cannot be removed.
- The Amazon login that connected Ads must accept the AMC terms once per region (NA, EU, FE) at https://advertising.amazon.com/marketing-cloud; until then the call is refused with error_code amc_terms_not_accepted. Only the seller can do it.
- Amazon offers AMC to advertisers with campaigns live in the last 28 days.
