Every other AMC tool needs it on; get_user_context's amc says, per store and country, whether it is. Ask the seller before the first call: an AMC instance cannot be deleted. Calling it again is safe; when AMC is on it only reads. ## Gotchas

- Gate: commit — the first call creates an instance at Amazon that cannot be removed.
- The Amazon login that connected Ads must accept the AMC terms once per region (NA, EU, FE) at https://advertising.amazon.com/marketing-cloud; until then the call is refused with error_code amc_terms_not_accepted. Only the seller can do it.
- Amazon offers AMC to advertisers with campaigns live in the last 28 days.
