Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
data.export_status— PENDING | QUEUE | RUNNING | COMPLETE | ERROR — poll again every 30–60 s while PENDING, QUEUE or RUNNING; ERROR is final (create a new export).data.download_url— a public signed URL, present only when COMPLETE.
