Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
data.import_status— IMPORT_STATUS_PENDING, IMPORT_STATUS_PROCESSING, IMPORT_STATUS_COMPLETED, IMPORT_STATUS_FAILED or IMPORT_STATUS_PARTIAL (noon's model) — keep polling until it is COMPLETED, FAILED or PARTIAL, which are final.data.report.fields.failed_count / data.report.fields.error_summary— the rejected rows and why ([{count, status_message}]).data.report.fields.report_url— GCS link to the full per-row report.
