Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
data.namedRanges[]— {namedRangeId, name, range}. range is a GridRange {sheetId, startRowIndex, endRowIndex, startColumnIndex, endColumnIndex}: 0-based, with exclusive ends, not A1.data.count— the number of named ranges.
