Arguments

Name	Type	Description
`spreadsheet_id`required	`string`	the spreadsheet ID (from its URL or get_sheet_metadata).
`range_`required	`string`	A1 notation range (e.g. 'Sheet1!A1:D100').

Result

Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:

data.links[] — {sheet, row, col, text, url} for each cell in range_ with a hyperlink, in reading order; text is the displayed text, row and col are 0-based (A1 = 0, 0).
data.count — the number of links.
