data.fulfillmentPreviews— one per shippingSpeedCategory — {shippingSpeedCategory, isFulfillable, isCODCapable, estimatedFees, fulfillmentPreviewShipments, unfulfillablePreviewItems, orderUnfulfillableReasons, scheduledDeliveryInfo}; the last three say why a preview is not fulfillable or when it can arrive.
