Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
data.status— current shipment status string.data.terminal— true for CLOSED, CANCELLED, ABANDONED and DELETED; SHIPPED and the later in-transit, delivered, checked-in and receiving states are not terminal — poll those again later (hours, not seconds).
