fbaInbound_generatePackingOptions
Start generating packing options for a plan (async).
writeAmazon Seller (SP-API)sp.fulfillmentInbound_2024-03-20
Amazon SP-API · generatePackingOptions · POST /inbound/fba/2024-03-20/inboundPlans/{inboundPlanId}/packingOptions Gate: approve — interactive: show the change (Amazon's preview first where one exists), wait for an explicit approve; autopilot: only when the seller's own words asked for this change; otherwise ask. After generate completes, call fbaInbound_listPackingOptions to see options. The fbaInbound_orchestrate_packing compound op does this automatically for Box First. Box First only — Split First skips packing options. Use it to run Box First step by step or to re-generate. Not supported in the IN marketplace — Amazon refuses with "GeneratePackingOptions is not supported for the Indian marketplace". For IN plans skip packing options: fbaInbound_generatePlacementOptions (with custom_placement) then fbaInbound_setPackingInformation.
