USE_YOUR_OWN_CARRIER flow. Pick a deliveryWindowOptionId from fbaInbound_listDeliveryWindowOptions, confirm it, then poll the operation. A placement option must be confirmed first; a transportation option whose preconditions ask for a confirmed delivery window can be confirmed only after this. Once confirmed, no new windows can be generated (the chosen one can still be updated before the shipment closes).
