ads_update_workflow_execution
Cancel an AMC query that is still PENDING or RUNNING — Amazon's UpdateWorkflowExecution, whose one documented change is the status CANCELLED.

Gotchas
- Gate: none — it stops a report request; nothing the seller owns changes.
- A run that has already finished (SUCCEEDED, FAILED, REJECTED) cannot be cancelled: Amazon answers 400.
