`countryCode`required	`string`	the Ads profile's 2-letter country code (e.g. 'US').
`recommendationId`required	`string`	the recommendation to modify — carried inside the request body as body.recommendationId.
`body`required	`object`	one of recommendedValue (a string: a number for budgets and bids, YYYY-MM-DD for CAMPAIGN_END_DATE, ENABLED / PAUSED / ARCHIVED for the *_STATE types, a strategy name for CAMPAIGN_BIDDING_STRATEGY), budgetRule.ruleDetails, or ruleBasedBidding.recommendedRuleRoas — matching the recommendation's type.
