| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
storerequired | string | the store ref `<store>-<CC>` (name-country, e.g. 'myStore-US') — one of get_user_context's store_refs, verbatim. |
countryCoderequired | string | the Ads profile's 2-letter country code (e.g. 'US'). |
adProductrequired | string | SPONSORED_PRODUCTS | SPONSORED_BRANDS | SPONSORED_DISPLAY. |
campaignIdrequired | string | from ads_query_campaign. Amazon returns every associated rule in one response. |
Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
- Amazon's payload in data.result.
data.result.associatedRules[]— {ruleId, ruleState, ruleStatus, ruleDetails}.
Gotchas
- A rule can be ACTIVE and still be doing NOTHING. ruleState is what you set (ACTIVE | PAUSED); ruleStatus is Amazon's own evaluation status, with ruleStatusDetails {status, reasonCode} beside it — read them here after associating; it is the only signal that the rule is really in effect. A correctly created + associated PERFORMANCE rule was seen sitting at ruleStatus ON_HOLD, reasonCode INELIGIBLE_PERFORMANCE_METRIC — the campaign had no usable ACOS yet, so the rule never evaluated (identical at threshold 30 and 1000: it reflects the campaign's data sufficiency, not the threshold). Never report "rule created" as "rule working".
