Result
Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:
data.status— SUCCEEDED when the rows are ready; PENDING or RUNNING while AMC works; REJECTED when AMC refused the SQL (a privacy rule or a syntax error — Amazon answers it although its spec omits it), FAILED or CANCELLED otherwise.data.status_reason— Amazon's sentence when REJECTED or FAILED — fix the SQL by it.data.output_columns[]— {name, column_type, data_type} once validated.
