Arguments

`store`required	`string`	the store ref `<store>-<CC>` (name-country, e.g. 'myStore-US') — one of get_user_context's store_refs, verbatim.
`countryCode`required	`string`	the Ads profile's 2-letter country code (e.g. 'US').
`managerAccountId`required	`string`	data.result.managerAccounts[].managerAccountId from ads_get_manager_accounts.
`body`required	`object`	{accounts: [{id, type, roles: [ONE role]}]} (max 20) — for type ACCOUNT_ID the id is the profile's accountInfo.id (may begin with 'ENTITY'); a DSP_ADVERTISER_ID comes from ads_dsp_advertisers.

Result

Every tool answers {notification, data, human_action}; data carries:

207, one result per item; an item whose code is not "Ok" (or that is listed under error / failures) failed — read its details.
data.result.succeedAccounts / data.result.failedAccounts[] — {account, error} — any failedAccounts entry was not linked.
