侧边栏的每条提示都属于下面九类之一。按提示里的文字找到它——或者带着提示原文[联系客服](/zh/help/contact)。请按提示里的那句话查找：侧边栏有时会在前面加上按钮名和"失败："。

## 缺少店铺，或店铺名不匹配 [#err-store-ref]

**你看到的提示：**"Please enter the store (e.g. myStore-US) in cell A4." · "Please set store name with country code in cell B2" · "Store is missing in the selected row." · "Store (A3) is empty — select the store in row 3 first."

对亚马逊或 noon 生效的操作需要知道店铺，写作 `<store>-<CC>`：店铺名加站点国家代码。提示指出的单元格是空的，或与你的店铺不完全一致。

1. 找到准确的店铺名：SellerSheet 网页版 → **设置 → 店铺与市场**，或侧边栏底部的迷你看板。
2. 在提示指出的单元格里填写带站点的店铺：<StoreRef />、`myStore-UK`……很多这类单元格有下拉框。
3. 再点一次按钮。

常见于：[Sponsored Products](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sp)、[Sponsored Brands](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sb)、广告建议、[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)。另见[店铺引用](/zh/docs/mcp-api/store-refs)。

## 跳过了前一步 [#err-step-order]

**你看到的提示：**"Missing Inbound Plan ID. Run step 1 first." · "STA-Options sheet not found. Run Phase 1 first." · "No placement option confirmed. Complete Phase 2 first." · "Nothing to stage — run Get Suggestions first."

这个按钮要用到同组前一个按钮的结果——通常是那一步写进表格的 ID。

1. 侧边栏里以你当前标签页命名的分组按顺序列出步骤（1、2、3……）；STA 表格上的编号进度条显示哪一步已 DONE。
2. 运行提示中点名的那一步，等它的提示出现，再点你原来的按钮。
3. 标为「可选 · 当发起要求时」的步骤只在前一步提示需要时才运行。

常见于：[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)（STA 先装箱 / 先分仓）、Sponsored Products Builder、广告建议。

## 打开的标签页不对 [#err-wrong-tab]

**你看到的提示：**"Wrong sheet! Expected sheet name starts with: …. You are in: …." · "This function only works from STA or Manage Shipments sheets." · "Not the Shipment tab — open the Shipment tab first." · "Sync Catalog 需在 Catalog 标签页运行，请打开 SellerSheet Catalog 表格（或任意含该标签页的表格）后重试。"

这个按钮只在某一个标签页上运行，而当前打开的是另一个。*Sheet-specific · active tab must match* 下的按钮，所在分组以它需要的标签页命名。出现 "Wrong sheet!" 时，当前标签页的名称必须以提示给出的名称开头。

1. 看提示点名的标签页——或侧边栏里该按钮所在分组的名称。
2. 在表格底部点开那个标签页。如果它在另一个表格文件里，先打开那个文件：面板顶部的 Resources 链接会打开该面板的表格。
3. 改过标签页名？把名称改回以提示中的名称开头。删掉了？见[模板标签页损坏](#err-template)。
4. 再点一次按钮。

常见于：[Catalogs](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs)、[A+ Content](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/a-plus)、[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)、[Shipments](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/shipments)。

## 选中的行不对 [#err-wrong-row]

**你看到的提示：**"Click a product data row (row 5+) first." · "Please select a data row (not a header row)." · "No rows selected. Tick the Select box (column A) on the rows you want to edit, then try again." · "请先点击第 4 行或以下的草稿行。"

这个按钮作用于表格中的行，但没有找到：光标停在顶部的表头行里，或者没有勾选任何行。

1. 看提示给出的第一条数据行——"row 5+"（第 5 行起）、"row 4 or below"（第 4 行及以下）。它上面的都是表头。
2. 作用于一行的按钮：点中那一行里任意一个单元格。作用于多行的按钮（Edit、Delete、Archive、Apply Selected）：勾选每一行 A 列的 **Select** 复选框。
3. 再点一次按钮。

常见于：[Images](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/images)、[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)（Manage Shipments）、[Sponsored Products](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sp)、[Sponsored Brands](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sb)、[Sponsored Display](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sd)、[Catalogs](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs)。

## ✎ 列未填或有误 [#err-input]

**你看到的提示：**"Missing required fields: …" · "Row …: "Box Weight" must be a positive number — got: …." · "… row(s) blocked before Amazon — fix the ⚠️ reasons in the Status column, then Create again." · "Shipment Setting 表中未找到该仓库代码，请先登记地址行。"

需要你填写的列（表头带 ✎）是空的，或填的值按钮无法使用。这些检查在任何内容发往亚马逊或 noon 之前进行。

1. 看提示点名的字段、行和值。有行被拒时，每行的原因写在它的 **Status** 列。
2. 填写或改正那个 ✎ 单元格。把鼠标悬停在表头上可看说明：是否必填、格式要求、允许的取值。很多 ✎ 单元格有下拉框。
3. 如果提示点名了另一个标签页（例如 Shipment Setting），先在那里补上缺少的行。
4. 再点一次按钮。

常见于：[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)、[Catalogs](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs)（Publish Queue）、[Sponsored Products](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sp)、[Sponsored Brands](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sb)、[Sponsored Display](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sd)、[Shipments](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/shipments)。

## 模板标签页损坏 [#err-template]

**你看到的提示：**"Sheet has no header row — restore the tab from the master template."

某个模板标签页的表头行或列丢了。\*\*解决：\*\*在侧边栏打开 **Settings → Workspace → Re-Initiate Resources**：它会重建缺失的部分，已有的内容保持不动。重建出的标签页是空模板，如需保留旧数据，请先复制一份（文件 → 创建副本）。

## 登录或亚马逊授权 [#err-auth]

**你看到的提示：**"Your authorization was revoked, please reauthorize on sellersheetai.com/dashboard" · "Store … is expired. Please reauthorize." · "No connected noon store named '…'. Connect it on the dashboard." · "No Amazon stores connected. Please authorize your store on the website first. Once authorized or store is shared with you, click Refresh Workspace to update."

侧边栏通过你在 SellerSheet 网页版中给出的授权访问亚马逊、亚马逊广告和 noon。亚马逊对店铺的授权有效期为 365 天，也可能提前被撤销。重新授权之前，该店铺的所有按钮都无法使用。

1. 打开 SellerSheet 网页版 → **设置 → 店铺与市场**。店铺所在行显示 **店铺授权** 和 **广告授权**（授权已过期、已撤销、即将过期），**问题列表** 列出每个问题及解决它的按钮。
2. 在店铺所在行点 **重新授权**，在亚马逊的授权页用同一个卖家账号登录。亚马逊广告点 **广告**（或问题列表里的 **重新授权广告**）。noon 点 **重新检查连接**；通过登录 noon 连接的账户点 **重新连接**；还没连接的 noon 账户用 **添加 noon 账户**。
3. 只有组织的所有者或管理员能看到这些按钮。成员请找他们处理。
4. 回到 Google 表格，关闭并重新打开侧边栏（**扩展程序 → SellerSheet → Open Sidebar**），让它重新读取你的店铺，再点一次按钮。

常见于：任何与亚马逊、亚马逊广告或 noon 交互的面板。解决办法都在网页版：[店铺与市场](/zh/help/app/settings/stores)。

## 套餐限制、积分或文件大小 [#err-quota]

**你看到的提示：**"Not enough credits: this needs …, you have …." · "Monthly sidebar operations limit reached (…). Any paid plan includes unlimited usage — upgrade at sellersheetai.com/billing." · "File size (… MB) exceeds the 10MB limit" · "Too many SKUs: … SKUs found. Maximum allowed is 20."

某个限制让按钮在运行前就停下了，所以没有任何更改，也没有扣费。可能是积分余额不够这次 AI 操作，Free 套餐本月的侧边栏操作次数已用完，或这一批超出了按钮能处理的量。

1. \*\*积分：\*\*在 SellerSheet 网页版的 **设置 → 账单与积分** 充值（所有者或管理员）——提示上的 **Buy credits →** 会打开账单页面。然后再点一次按钮。失败的 AI 操作不收费。
2. \*\*每月侧边栏操作次数：\*\*在账单与积分升级套餐（仅所有者），或等到每月重置。侧边栏的迷你看板显示你的套餐和用量。
3. \*\*文件过大或 SKU 太多：\*\*每次少发一些行。**Validate (Preview)** 和 **Create/Replace/Del.** 一次最多 20 个 SKU；**Submit Feed** 一次最多 25,000 个，Feed 文件不超过 10 MB。

常见于：[Catalogs](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs)（Publish Queue）、[Images](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/images)、[A+ Content](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/a-plus)、[noon Listings](/zh/help/sheets/noon/listings)——所有标为「消耗积分」的按钮。另见[账单与积分](/zh/help/app/settings/billing)。

## SellerSheet、亚马逊或 noon 出错 [#err-server]

**你看到的提示：**"Create failed — see server logs."（或 List、Edit、Delete、Archive… failed） · "SellerSheet server did not respond correctly (HTTP …). It may be busy or briefly unavailable — please try again in a minute." · "Failed to generate initial plan: …" · "所有店铺同步失败（…），下方数据未改动。"

对 SellerSheet、亚马逊或 noon 的调用没有得到回应，或被拒绝。"— see server logs" 表示没有任何回应回到侧边栏。那是 SellerSheet 自己的日志：你打不开，也不需要打开。亚马逊或 noon 拒绝时，冒号后面就是它们给出的原因。

1. 等一分钟，再点一次按钮。服务器繁忙或亚马逊的频率限制通常到那时已经恢复。
2. 重复 **Create**、**Edit**、**Delete** 或 **Archive** 之前，先用同样的筛选条件点 **List**：回应可能丢了，但更改已经到达亚马逊。只重做缺少的部分。
3. 如果冒号后面是亚马逊或 noon 给出的原因，按它说的改好表格，再点一次。
4. 仍然失败？[联系客服](/zh/help/contact)，附上提示原文、面板和按钮，以及你点击的时间。

常见于：[Sponsored Products](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sp)、[Sponsored Brands](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sb)、[Sponsored Display](/zh/help/sheets/ads/sd)、[FBA](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/fba)（List Inbound Plans、Initiate Plan）、[Catalogs](/zh/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs)（Sync Catalog）。
