> Sync your Amazon orders into the Sales spreadsheet, refresh any single order, and generate PDF invoices in bulk.



The **Sales** panel keeps an up-to-date copy of your Amazon orders in Google Sheets and turns shipped orders into invoices. It works on the **SellerSheet Sales** spreadsheet (open it from the panel's Resources links).

## Main steps [#main-steps]

    ### Sync orders [#sync-orders]

    Click **Sync Orders** — it works from any sheet. The first run brings in the last 30 days; after that it fetches everything since the last sync and keeps itself running about every 2 hours, together with the fees sync. Click it any time for an immediate refresh.

    ### Refresh or look up one order [#refresh-or-look-up-one-order]

    On the **Orders** sheet, click the Amazon Order ID cell of an order, then **Update Order** to refresh that row from Amazon. **Order Details** fetches the line items of the selected order.

    ### Create invoices [#create-invoices]

    Fill your company details once on the **Store Info** sheet. On the **Invoices** sheet, give each row a Store and an Order ID, then click **Create Invoices**: every row without a link yet gets a PDF invoice in Drive (the order must be Shipped).

**Clear Orders** empties every data row of the Orders sheet (headers stay) — press Ctrl+Z right after if you clicked it by mistake.
