> Send stock to Amazon with Send to Amazon (STA) plans built in Google Sheets — box first or split first — plus labels, shipment tracking and an inventory health view.



The **FBA** panel creates and tracks FBA inbound shipments from Google Sheets, and keeps a live inventory health view of every FBA SKU. Each plan gets its own STA spreadsheet; the numbered stepper on it shows which step is DONE.

## Main steps — create a shipment [#main-steps--create-a-shipment]

    On **Manage Shipments**, add a row for the plan, click a cell in it and use **Create STA SS**: SellerSheet creates a dedicated STA spreadsheet for that shipment.

    On **STA-BoxFirst**: **Initiate Plan** (from row 9 and the box lines from row 14) → **Confirm Pack** if Amazon offered several packing options → **Set Box Info** → **Gen Placement Opts.** (each placement's warehouses, weight, volume and fees land in STA-Options; price your own carrier there) → pick a placement → **Gen Trans. Opts.** → pick carriers (**Match Carriers** copies shipment 1's carrier to the rest) → **Gen Delivery Window** for own-carrier shipments → **Confirm Shipment**.

    On **STA-SplitFirst**: **Initiate Plan** → **Confirm Placement** (builds STA-Pack, one box block per shipment) → fill the boxes → **Set Box Info** → **Gen Trans. Opts.** → **Gen Delivery Window** (own carrier only) → **Confirm Shipment**.

    **Get FBA Box Labels** saves the box labels PDF to the plan folder and links it from the FBA ID; **Get FNSKU Labels** opens item labels in a print dialog. **Get Ref. ID** and **Refresh Shipment** keep status, Reference ID and warehouse current on Manage Shipments.

**Confirm Shipment** books the shipment on Amazon, and **Cancel Plan** cancels the inbound plan — both change your account. The Ship Date must be today or later, or Amazon returns no carrier options.

## Inventory Health and past plans [#inventory-health-and-past-plans]

* **Refresh Data** (Inventory Health) reloads the hidden data layer from the SellerSheet warehouse for the stores in the Stores filter (A4); the live table re-queries instantly. No Amazon call.
* **List Inbound Plans** (Search Inbound Plans) lists your inbound plans of the last 365 days using the row-4 filters.
