# Members (https://sellersheetai.com/help/app/settings/members)

> Invite teammates and decide what each one may see and change.

What a key or a member may do on each store: [Stay in control](/docs/mcp-api/control).

**Settings → Members** lists the people of your organization, their role and the stores they reach. Everyone in the organization can open it. The owner and admins invite people, set a member's access and remove people. Only the owner changes roles, invites an admin or removes one. A member reads the list, but not the addresses of pending invitations or other members' access.

## The three roles [#roles]

| Role       | Reaches                                                                 | Manages                                                                                                                              |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Owner** | Every store and noon account | Everything, including billing, roles and deleting the organization. One per organization. |
| **Admin** | Every store and noon account | Stores, noon accounts and members (not roles), credit top-ups and the model route. Not the plan, seats or deleting the organization. |
| **Member** | Only the stores and noon accounts granted to them, at the level granted | None of the organization's settings; reads the member list. |

A member's access is set per store, separately for the **Seller API** and the **Ads API**, and once per noon account. Each level is **None**, **Read** or **Read & write**. A member's keys and AI never reach beyond it.

## Main steps [#main-steps]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    **Invite.** **Invite member** → **Email** → **Role** → for a member, the access for each store and noon account → **Send invitation**. They get an e-mail with a sign-in link.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    **They accept.** The link opens [Stores & Marketplaces](/help/app/settings/stores#invites), where the invitation waits under **Invitations**. Until then, they show as **Invited** here.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    **Adjust later.** **Access** on a member's row changes their stores and levels at any time.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## At the top of the page [#header]

* **People**: how many are in the organization, invitations included. **Columns** chooses which columns the table shows.
* **The seats line**: seats used and the plan's cap, how many **pending invitations hold a seat**, and any **extra seats** bought. The owner uses no seat.

### Buy a seat [#buy-a-seat]

When the team is full, the owner sees an offer for one more seat with **Buy a seat**. It adds the seat at once and charges the card on file. On a plan that cannot buy seats, the line links **The team is full — upgrade the plan for more seats** to [Billing & Credits](/help/app/settings/billing#seats) instead.

Who: **owner** · Effect: **costs money**, **changes settings**

## Invite member [#invite]

Opens **Invite a member**:

* **Email**: their address. They do not need a SellerSheet account yet.
* **Role**: **Member** (*Reaches only the stores you grant below*) or **Admin** (*Reaches every store and manages members — everything but billing and deletion*). Only the owner can invite an admin.
* **Access**, for a member: one row per store of the organization, with **Seller API** and **Ads API** levels. A store left at **None** on both is not granted.
* **noon account access**, for a member: one level per noon account.
* **Send invitation** e-mails a sign-in link.

An invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or withdrawn. With no seat free, it is refused, and the message says how to get one more. Inviting an address that is already invited replaces that invitation's role and access and sends it again. An organization can send 20 invitation e-mails a day (UTC), resends included.

## The member list [#list]

| Column     | What it shows                                                                                                                                                                               |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Member** | Name and e-mail; **(you)** marks your own row. An invited person shows the address they were invited at. |

| **Access** | **Every store** for the owner and admins. For a member, the number of stores and noon accounts and their refs; hover for each ref and its levels. **No store yet** when nothing is granted. |

There are no actions on the owner's row or on your own.

### Role [#role]

A menu on an active member's row: **Admin** or **Member**. Making an admin a member asks first: they keep only the stores granted to them, and their keys in this organization switch off if no store is granted. The owner keeps the owner role; to hand it over, use [Transfer ownership](/help/app/settings/organization#transfer).

Who: **owner** · Effect: **changes settings**

### Access [#access]

On a member's row. Opens **Access of** the member: the same store grid and noon grid as the invitation. **Save** applies every change at once and tells you how many changed. **None** on both levels removes a store; **None** removes a noon account. A member left with no store and no noon account has their keys in this organization switched off.

You can also set access one store at a time from [Stores & Marketplaces → Access](/help/app/settings/stores#access).

Who: **owner, admin** · Effect: **changes settings**

### Resend [#resend]

On an invited person's row. Sends the invitation e-mail again. It counts toward the 20 a day.

Who: **owner, admin** · Effect: sends an e-mail

### ⋯ Remove member [#remove]

Asks first. Their store access ends and their keys in this organization stop working. Only the owner can remove an admin. To leave an organization yourself, use [Leave](/help/app/settings/organization#leave) on Organization.

Who: **owner, admin** · Effect: **changes settings**

### ⋯ Withdraw invitation [#withdraw]

On an invited person's row, in place of **Remove member**. Asks first; the seat it held is freed.

Who: **owner, admin** · Effect: **changes settings**
