# How to Bulk Add Up to 25,000 Existing ASINs to Your Amazon Catalog (https://sellersheetai.com/guides/bulk-add-existing-asins-to-your-catalog)

> Add products that already exist on Amazon to your own catalog in bulk from Google Sheets — check eligibility, pair your SKUs with the ASINs, and submit them in one feed.

Want to sell products that already exist on Amazon? In Seller Central, you'd search for each ASIN, click "Sell this product," fill in your offer, and repeat — one at a time. For a catalog of hundreds or thousands of products, that's hours of manual work.

SellerSheet lets you **add up to 25,000 existing ASINs to your catalog in a single submission** from Google Sheets. The whole process takes three steps:

1. **Check eligibility** — verify you're approved to sell each ASIN.
2. **Fill in SKUs & ASINs** — set productType to `PRODUCT` and add your SKU/ASIN pairs.
3. **Submit to Amazon** — one click, up to 25,000 SKUs per submission.

## Prerequisites [#prerequisites]

* **Store connected:** your Amazon store is connected under **Settings → Stores & Marketplaces** in the [SellerSheet app](https://sellersheetai.com/home).
* **Sidebar installed:** the SellerSheet add-on is installed in Google Sheets. If not, follow [Install & first sync](/help/sheets/install).
* **A list of ASINs:** the ASINs you want to add, plus your own SKU for each.

## Step 1: Check selling eligibility [#step-1-check-selling-eligibility]

Some ASINs are restricted — they require approval, brand gating, or category ungating before you can sell them. Finding out after submission wastes time, and in Seller Central you'd have to check each one individually.

Before adding ASINs, check that you're approved to sell them with the **Restriction Check** sheet in your SellerSheet Catalog spreadsheet:

1. Go to the **Restriction Check** sheet tab.
2. Enter your stores and ASINs in the **Store** and **ASIN** columns, and pick a **Reason Locale** (the language of Amazon's reasons) on every row.
3. Click **Get Restrictions** in the sidebar.
4. Review the **Status** column — `ALLOWED` ASINs are ready to add. `APPROVAL_REQUIRED` rows have an **Approval Link** to apply in Seller Central, and `RESTRICTED` rows say why in **Reasons**.

<Callout title="Pro tip: check in bulk">
  Paste all your ASINs at once — SellerSheet checks them in bulk. For a detailed walkthrough, see [How to Bulk Check ASIN Selling Eligibility](/guides/check-asin-selling-eligibility-in-google-sheets).

## Step 2: Prepare and fill in your SKUs [#step-2-prepare-and-fill-in-your-skus]

Now switch to the **Publish Queue** sheet tab. Since you're adding existing products (not creating new ones), the setup is minimal:

1. Set **Store** (A3) and **Listing Locale** (B3) for your marketplace.
2. Write `PRODUCT` in the **Product Type** column (D) for each row, from row 7 down.
3. Click **Get Template** in the sidebar — this loads the PRODUCT template (very few columns needed).
4. Set **Operation Type** to `UPDATE` in column C for each row.
5. Fill in your **SKU** (column B) — your own identifier for each product.
6. Fill in the ASIN of each row in its **Merchant Suggested ASIN** column.

### Why productType = PRODUCT? [#why-producttype--product]

`PRODUCT` is the simplest productType — designed for matching existing catalog products. Since the product already exists on Amazon (with title, brand, images and so on), you only need to provide your SKU and the ASIN. Amazon handles the rest.

Optionally, you can also fill in your offer (price) and the condition (new/used) if you want to set them during submission.

<Callout title="Pro tip: prepare your data in advance">
  Have your SKU/ASIN list ready in another sheet tab or file. After Get Template loads the columns, paste your data into the right columns — no manual entry needed.

## Step 3: Submit and track results [#step-3-submit-and-track-results]

Which button you click depends on how many SKUs you're submitting:

| SKU count        | Action                                                         | Processing                                                                                   |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Up to 20 SKUs | **Validate (Preview)** (dry run), then **Create/Replace/Del.** | Immediate — per-SKU results appear in the Submission Log |
| 20 – 25,000 SKUs | **Submit Feed** | Amazon queue — the feed is recorded in the Submission Log; click **Refresh Status** to check |

### Tracking your submission [#tracking-your-submission]

1. Go to the **Submission Log** sheet tab.
2. Find your submission row.
3. For Submit Feed: click **Refresh Status** in the sidebar until the **Feed Status** shows the feed is finished.
4. Check the **Result** and **Issues** columns — they show success or error details for each SKU.

<Callout type="warn" title="Important: size limits">
  Submit Feed accepts up to **25,000 rows** per submission, but the total payload must stay under **10 MB**. Since PRODUCT listings are lightweight (just SKU + ASIN), you can typically reach the row limit without hitting the size limit.
</Callout>

## Tips for maximum efficiency [#tips-for-maximum-efficiency]

* **Always check restrictions first:** submitting restricted ASINs wastes time. Check eligibility in the Restriction Check sheet before filling in the Publish Queue.
* **Batch your submissions:** prepare all your SKU/ASIN pairs in the sheet first, then submit in one click. No need to submit row by row.
* **Update price or title later with PARTIAL_UPDATE:** once your ASINs are in your catalog, use the `PARTIAL_UPDATE` operation type to update specific attributes like price, title or images without re-submitting everything.
* **Need full listing control?** See [How to Bulk Create & Revise Amazon Listings](/guides/bulk-create-revise-amazon-listings-in-google-sheets) for creating new listings, updating attributes, managing variations and cross-marketplace expansion. Every button of the panel is listed on [Catalogs](/help/sheets/sellers/catalogs).
