# solicitations_createProductReviewAndSellerFeedbackSolicitation (https://sellersheetai.com/docs/mcp-api/tools/solicitations_createProductReviewAndSellerFeedbackSolicitation)

> Send a product review and seller feedback solicitation for an order.

Access: **WRITE** · toolset amazon_sp · family sp.solicitations

(Amazon operationId: createProductReviewAndSellerFeedbackSolicitation.) Amazon SP-API · createProductReviewAndSellerFeedbackSolicitation · POST /solicitations/v1/orders/{amazonOrderId}/solicitations/productReviewAndSellerFeedback Gate: approve — interactive: show the change (Amazon's preview first where one exists), wait for an explicit approve; autopilot: only when the seller's own words asked for this change; otherwise ask. Sends the productReviewAndSellerFeedback solicitation — a single combined request covering both a product review and seller feedback (the only solicitation type Amazon exposes via this API). This is a real Amazon WRITE: it dispatches a request-review message to the buyer. Requires SP write access. Call solicitations_getSolicitationActionsForOrder first and send only when it lists an action — Amazon allows one productReviewAndSellerFeedback solicitation OR one free-form proactive message per order, and a second attempt returns an error.

## Call it

```
## Arguments
| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `store` | string | yes | the store ref `<store>-<CC>` (name-country, e.g. 'myStore-US') — one of get_user_context's store_refs, verbatim. |
| `orderId` | string | yes | Amazon order ID (e.g. '114-1234567-1234567'). Maps to the {amazonOrderId} path. |
| `marketplaceId` | string |  | optional Amazon marketplaceId; defaults to the store ref's marketplace. |
## Result
- `data.orderId` — the order ID for which solicitation was sent.
- `data.result` — Amazon response payload (empty on success — a 201 with no body means the solicitation was created).
