Access: **READ** · toolset google_workspace · family null

## Call it

MCP tool call:

```json
{
  "name": "search_drive_files",
  "arguments": {
    "query": "<query>"
  }
}
```

Tool API (early access — contact us):

```bash
curl -X POST https://api.sellersheetai.com/api/v1/tools/search_drive_files \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SELLERSHEET_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"query":"<query>"}'
```

## Arguments

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `query` | string | yes | Search text or raw Drive query string. |
| `rawQuery` | boolean | | true sends query as a Drive v3 `q` expression (e.g. "name contains 'invoice' and mimeType = 'application/pdf'") — add "and trashed = false" yourself, it is not appended. False (default) matches query against names and file content (fullText contains), trash excluded. |
| `parentId` | string | | the folder to search — the SellerSheet folder the sidebar created or any folder inside it; Drive matches direct children only. Omitted, it covers that folder and the workspace folders in it. A folder outside the workspace is refused. |
| `max` | integer |  | Maximum number of files to return (default 20). |

## Result

- `files` — List of file objects with id, name, mimeType, size, modifiedTime.

## Example

- search_drive_files(query="invoice", max=10) search_drive_files(query="mimeType='application/pdf'", rawQuery=True)
