# reports_getReports (https://sellersheetai.com/docs/mcp-api/tools/reports_getReports)

> List the SP-API reports Amazon already holds for the store.

Access: **READ** · toolset amazon_sp · family sp.reports_2021-06-30

Call it BEFORE reports_createReport: a recent DONE report (the first entry is the newest) is fetched with reports_getReport and saves the 1–15 minute wait for a new one. Amazon SP-API · getReports · GET /reports/2021-06-30/reports

## Call it

MCP tool call:

```json
{
  "name": "reports_getReports",
  "arguments": {
    "store": "myStore-US"
  }
}
```

Tool API (early access — contact us):

```bash
curl -X POST https://api.sellersheetai.com/api/v1/tools/reports_getReports \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SELLERSHEET_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"store":"myStore-US"}'
```

## Arguments

| Name | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `store` | string | yes | the store ref `<store>-<CC>` (name-country, e.g. 'myStore-US') — one of get_user_context's store_refs, verbatim. |
| `reportType` | string | | one SP-API reportType constant or human-readable name — the one-value shortcut for reportTypes. Amazon requires reportType or reportTypes unless nextToken pages an earlier result. |
| `reportTypes` | object[] | | 1–10 constants or names, matched as OR (e.g. ['GET_MERCHANT_LISTINGS_ALL_DATA', 'GET_FBA_INVENTORY_AGED_DATA']) — auditing several types costs ONE call against an endpoint limited to 0.0222 req/s. Wins over reportType when both are given. |
| `processingStatuses` | string[] |  | the statuses to keep (e.g. ['DONE']); default all. Allowed: CANCELLED \| DONE \| FATAL \| IN_PROGRESS \| IN_QUEUE. Allowed: CANCELLED \| DONE \| FATAL \| IN_PROGRESS \| IN_QUEUE. |
| `marketplaceIds` | object[] | | optional marketplaceId strings; omit for the store's own marketplace. Ignored with nextToken. |
| `createdSince` | string · date-time |  | ISO 8601 bounds on the report's creation time. |
| `createdUntil` | string · date-time |  | ISO 8601 bounds on the report's creation time. |
| `pageSize` | integer · 1–100 |  | 1–100 (default 10). |
| `nextToken` | string |  | the cursor from the previous call's data.nextToken; omit for the first page. |

## Result

- `data.count` — reports in this page.
- `data.reports` — [{reportId (for reports_getReport), reportType, processingStatus, createdTime, dataStartTime, dataEndTime, marketplaceIds, reportScheduleId (when scheduled), reportDocumentId (when DONE)}], newest first.
- `data.nextToken` — only when more pages exist — pass it back as nextToken (every other filter is then ignored).
