> Convert paragraphs in a range into a bulleted or numbered list.

Each existing paragraph (separated by '\n') becomes one list item. To add a new list, write_doc_structured's bullets / numbered block inserts and bullets the lines in one call; use this tool on paragraphs already in the document.

## Gotchas

- Leading tabs set each paragraph's nesting level and are removed by the call, so indices after the range shift — re-read with find_doc_text or get_doc before the next index-based edit.
